Sourced from the high-altitude slopes of the Ngorongoro region in Northern Tanzania, this estate-grown coffee reflects a precise balance of terroir and controlled processing. Cultivated in volcanic loam and shaped by cool highland conditions, the beans develop a structured acidity and layered flavour profile. Notes of citrus and baker’s chocolate are supported by a clean, bright finish — a result of careful harvesting, extended fermentation, and slow drying. The surrounding ecosystem, positioned between forest and savannah, contributes to both the environmental integrity and the distinct character of the crop. Grown, processed, and roasted with consistency, this is not commodity coffee — it is a controlled expression of origin, elevation, and craft.
